About This Qualification
The VTCT (ITEC) Level 3 Diploma in Pilates Teaching is an internationally recognised qualification awarded by VTCT Skills (ITEC), a UK-regulated awarding body. This course is designed to equip learners with the essential theoretical knowledge and practical skills required to plan, deliver, and instruct Pilates sessions to a variety of clients in a safe and professional manner. Entry Requirements
- Minimum age: 16 years old and above
- Academic level: Secondary Two equivalent or higher
- Language: WPL Level 5 in English or equivalent
- Learners must be reasonably physically fit — course involves active participation in Pilates exercises
- Learners must be able to both perform and instruct exercises for learning and assessment purposes
Graduation Requirements
- Achieve a Pass grade or higher in all mandatory units
- Achieve a Pass grade for the Case Studies portfolio
- Achieve a minimum attendance rate of 75%
