Mahir Hamid, External Advisor

Mahir Hamid brings a strong international background from the United States, with academic expertise in Public Policy, Political Science, and Economics. He graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Public Policy & Management, Political Science, and Economics, and later obtained his MBA from INSEAD. As an External Advisor, he provides strategic guidance to the institution in areas including institutional growth and development, sustainable and innovative programme models, and cross-border (US–Asia) collaboration. He also contributes international perspectives and professional expertise to the institution’s academic development and programme review processes.

Anthony Lee, Director, Academic & Examination Board Member

Anthony Lee is involved in the development and operational support of the institution, with responsibilities spanning educational technology integration, academic resource development, and administrative systems setup. He has contributed to curriculum translation work, AI-assisted educational workflows, and student learning support initiatives within the organisation. Anthony is currently a student at Raffles Institution. Having experienced multiple education systems across New Zealand, China, and Singapore from a young age, he developed strong adaptability, cross-cultural communication skills, and independent learning capabilities early in life. He is bilingual in English and Mandarin and maintains a strong interest in holistic education, exercise science, and emerging educational technologies.

Theresa Lu Hui, Principal, Academic & Examination Board Member

Theresa Lu Hui has a multidisciplinary background spanning education, movement-based wellness, holistic health, and programme development. Her experience across Yoga, Pilates, Barre, Nutrition, Exercise Science, and TESOL supports the institution’s focus on practical, student-centred, and internationally oriented learning. As Principal, she oversees academic planning, programme development, and the overall educational direction of the institution.

Lee Boon Fong, Academic & Examination Board Member

Lee Boon Fong holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computing Science from National University of Singapore. With a strong technical background, he contributes expertise in computing, systems analysis, and problem-solving to the institution. His experience supports the development and review of academic systems, operational processes, and programme structures, with a practical understanding of how technology can support effective learning environments.
