About This Course

This course provides learners with foundational knowledge of holistic nutrition and healthy lifestyle practices to support everyday wellbeing and healthy ageing. Learners will gain an understanding of basic nutritional principles, digestive health, balanced diets, hydration, food choices, and lifestyle factors affecting physical and emotional wellness.

The course also introduces common nutrition-related health concerns in modern communities — including obesity, diabetes, food intolerances, and nutritional imbalance.
