Before starting any program, we recommend you consulting a physician to determine your fitness level. 在开始任何课程之前,我们建议您咨询医生以评估您的体能水平。
Classes are first-come, first-served, and maximums may be determined by instructors based on space. 课程名额有限,先到先得,教练会根据场地情况设定人数上限。
Semester class schedules may change or be canceled, so stay updated. 学期课程安排可能会有所变更或取消,请随时关注最新信息。
For safety, it’s best to attend the entire class for a proper warm-up and cooldown. 为了安全起见,建议您参加完整课程,以便进行充分的热身和放松。
Only closed containers of water are allowed in group exercise classes. 团体健身课程中只允许携带密封容器盛装饮用水。
Return equipment to the designated space/location after class. 课后请将器材归还至指定位置。
