Note: For intensive courses there is a 5 to 10 minute break between classes, depending on the class flow, which may be at the previous class ends or the next class starts.密集型课间有 5 至 10 分钟的休息时间,具体安排取决于课程进度,可能在上一节课结束后或下一节课开始前

Fitness policies

  1. Before starting any program, we recommend you  consulting a physician to determine your fitness level.
  2. Classes are first-come, first-served, and maximums may be determined by instructors based on space.
  3. Semester class schedules may change or be canceled, so stay updated.
  4. For safety, it’s best to attend the entire class for a proper warm-up and cooldown.
  5. Only closed containers of water are allowed in group exercise classes.
  6. Return equipment to the designated space/location after class.
  7. Instructors reserve the right to ask a participant to leave if these policies are not followed.
